We are looking for a
Site Supervisor -Civil Engineer-
(VILLA Projects)
to oversee day-to-day site operations for villa construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, and maintaining smooth project progress from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage site activities for villa and interior fit-out projects Monitor workforce performance and enforce safety standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Review drawings, plans, and ensure proper site execution Report daily progress and highlight challenges Ensure efficient use of materials and resources Resolve site issues to avoid delays
Requirements
1-2 years UAE experience
in VILLA projects & interior fit-outsCivil Engineering background
(required)Currently in UAE & willing to join immediately
