Site Supervisor – Aluminium (field)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site aluminium & glazing installation Review shop drawings and installation guidelines Monitor installation quality and incoming materials Allocate tasks, monitor team productivity, and resolve site issues Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and proper housekeeping Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors Escalate technical issues to Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural (preferred) 3-6 years of site experience in aluminium & glazing works Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial facade/cladding projects UAE Driving License preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
