To supervise daily site operations, monitor workforce, and ensure aluminium and glass installation works are carried out efficiently, safely, and as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision
Supervise installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, glass partitions, and other related works.
Monitor work progress against project schedule.
Ensure correct implementation of approved drawings.
Oversee installation of branded systems (Alumil, Gutmann, Schuco, Reynaers, etc.).
Workforce & Resource Management
Assign tasks to technicians, fabricators, and installers.
Monitor manpower productivity and attendance.
Coordinate site material deliveries and storage.
Quality & Safety Control
Inspect works for quality compliance and rectification of defects.
Enforce safety rules and ensure use of PPE by workers.
Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe practices to management.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily work logs and site progress updates.
Coordinate with Site Engineer regarding technical issues.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for site requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / ITI / High School with Technical Background.
3-5 years' supervisory experience in aluminium & glass works.
Hands-on experience in aluminium systems (Alumil, Gutmann, Schuco, Reynaers, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of installation procedures and tools.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
UAE Driving license is mandatory
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
