. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the site-level QA/QC plan, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining detailed records. This role is crucial to maintaining the
highest quality standards
across all facade installation works.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor the
QA/QC plan
for aluminum and facade works on-site
Conduct
material inspections, in-process, and final installation checks
for compliance
Coordinate with
consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors
for approvals and site visits
Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including:
Inspection Requests (IR)
Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
Review and verify
shop drawings, method statements
, and material submittals
Ensure the correct installation of facade elements such as
curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, structural glazing, etc.
Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and
track resolution status
Maintain organized records of
daily inspections, test results, and compliance logs
Participate in
internal and external audits
and ensure alignment with
ISO standards
Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Civil Engineering
,
Architecture
, or a related field
2-6 years of QA/QC experience
in aluminum and facade installations
Sound knowledge of facade systems:
unitized, stick systems, curtain walls, ACP, glazing, etc.
Experience working with
consultants, contractors
, and
inspection agencies
Strong skills in
drawing interpretation, technical documentation
, and
reporting
Familiar with
aluminum/glazing testing standards
and
ISO compliance procedures
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
