Key Responsibilities
QA/QC Implementation:
Lead the implementation and monitoring of the
QA/QC plan
for
facade and aluminum systems
on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Inspection & Compliance:
Conduct inspections of
materials
,
in-process work
, and
final installations
to verify compliance with specifications, design requirements, and industry standards.
Coordination & Approvals:
Work closely with consultants, clients, and contractors to schedule inspections, address concerns, and obtain necessary approvals.
material inspection requests (MIR)
, and
non-conformance reports (NCR)
, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all inspections.
Review Technical Documents:
Review
shop drawings

method statements
, and
material submittals
to ensure that all quality control measures are integrated and clearly defined.
Quality Issue Resolution:
Identify quality issues during inspections, propose corrective actions, and follow up on resolution to maintain the project timeline and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Support initiatives focused on the continuous improvement of quality processes on-site, ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained.
Training & Development:
Assist in
training site staff
on quality assurance and quality control procedures, fostering a culture of quality across the team.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Civil Engineering
,
Architecture
, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
2-6 years
of hands-on
QA/QC experience
in
aluminum and facade installation
projects.
Collaboration:
Experience working with
consultants
,
contractors
, and
third-party inspectors
to ensure compliance and quality assurance standards are met.
Documentation Skills:
Strong proficiency in
reading and interpreting technical drawings

method statements
, and
material specifications
.
Attention to Detail:
High-level attention to detail, with proven expertise in
