Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Site Civil Engineer

who is fluent in

Arabic

to oversee and manage civil works on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site civil construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, quality standards, and project timelines. Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate daily with subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking laborers, foremen, and local authorities. Monitor and report on project progress, work quality, and material usage. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations. Assist in preparing progress reports, project documentation, and site logs. Identify and resolve any technical issues or site challenges promptly. Attend site meetings and liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a site engineer in civil construction projects. Fluency in

Arabic

and

English

(both verbal and written). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil engineering software. Valid engineering certifications. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. With deep knowledge for piling construction (minimum 5 years experience)
