Job Description

We are seeking a

hands-on Project Manager

with both

technical expertise

and strong

leadership skills

to oversee our industrial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and site operations. This role is ideal for someone who can

take charge

, manage teams independently, and

reduce executive involvement

by taking end-to-end responsibility for projects and operations.

You will manage

labor teams, contractors, materials, site activities, and office coordination

while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning to completion across industrial HVAC, heavy electrical, plumbing, or mechanical infrastructure. Oversee and coordinate

laborers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Ensure

strict adherence to timelines

, manage daily schedules, and meet project milestones. Take full ownership of

material sourcing, purchasing, contractor management, and resource allocation

. Handle

site supervision, safety compliance, and practical problem-solving

. Report project progress to management and ensure accountability across all teams. Manage documentation, expenses, permits, and reporting in alignment with company standards. Lead recruitment or workforce coordination where needed. Independently coordinate

office operations and on-site requirements

, minimizing CEO involvement. Ensure high-quality execution, proactive decision-making, and a strong "get things done" mindset.

Requirements

4-5 years of full project experience

in one or more relevant areas: Industrial HVAC (dry coolers, water cooling towers, plate heat exchangers, high-capacity pumps) Machinery cooling systems Heavy electrical systems (3-phase power, high-load equipment) Mechanical/plumbing infrastructure Strong leadership and team management ability. Proven experience handling

large-scale installations

and on-site operations. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and accountability. Ability to work

independently with minimal supervision

. English and Hindi fluency is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage. (Arabic)

UAE Driving License

is required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Attention to detail, safety standards, and quality control.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
