We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Operations Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with staff and vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Act as the point of contact between management, Inter departments, and on-site teams.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, records, and progress reports.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in site coordination/operations (experience from home country will be considered).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
Languages:
English & Hindi (Mandatory).
