The Role:

The Site Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new Bitcoin Mining sites. This role requires a veteran in site construction, with a preference for experience in building Proof-of-Work crypto mining fields, data centers, or other energy-intensive premises. The Site Operation Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of the project, while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding Bitcoin mining.

Key Responsibilities:

l Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site for the new Bitcoin Mining facility l Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. l Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. l Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site. l Provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders. l Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. l Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding Bitcoin mining. l Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment. l Ensure compliance with all relevant construction and mining industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

l Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Operation Manager in construction, ideally with experience in Proof-of-Work crypto mining, data centers, or similar projects. l Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. l Strong understanding of construction management processes and industry standards. l Proficiency or familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding Bitcoin mining. l Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. l Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams. l Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. l Familiarity with construction and project management software tools. l Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous. l Excellent written and oral communication skills.
