Site Manager / Project Supervisor

Job Description
Requirement to work for a interior fit out company delivering projects across Dubai. The role is for a Site Manager / Supervisor to work on fit-out projects and Villa renovations.
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience (Civil Engineering background) and a background working with fit out companies within the UAE. The role will be support the project director to deliver projects on time and without faults. Excellent communication skills and spoken English is essential. Salary range:
AED 4000 to 6000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Driving License essential - Own car preferred (Car allowance can be provided) Additional benefits: Yearly flight, fuel expenses, phone Requirements: To be considered for the role:

- Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
- Material and manpower planning and management.
- Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
- Should be able to independently handle sites
- Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices and residential properties etc.
- Should have a good knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM.
- Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking.
- Coordination with other contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Authority approvals knowledge is an advantage
