Project Management and Leadership:

Lead and manage the entire site team, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
Develop and implement a site execution plan, outlining project schedules, resource allocation, and logistics.
Monitor project progress, identify and address any delays or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee budget control and ensure efficient use of resources.

Quality and Safety:

Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and complies with relevant building codes.
Implement and maintain a comprehensive safety program on the site, prioritizing worker safety and preventing accidents.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (client, architects, engineers, subcontractors) regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
Manage contracts with subcontractors and ensure they meet their obligations.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, safety inspection records, and material delivery records.
Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in construction, preferably in a site management role.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable in Dubai.
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to quality control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software is a plus.
