Job Purpose:

• The Site Manager will be the point of contact for addressing Client/employees concerns and ensuring a safe work environment. Main role will be to ensure compliance as per the contract for Hard services maintenance scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
• Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
• Manages and reviews service contracts.
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
• Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
• Developing maintenance procedures as per OEM and ensuring implementation.
• Preparing and coordinating DLP tasks with DLP contractors
• Coordinating with the client to get NOC for specialized service maintenance.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations, including AC, plumbing, electrical, machines and structural components.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in risk management and procurement is preferred.
• Experience in Highrise Buildings is a must.

Other Requirements:

• Facility Management: 5 years (Required)

Scope and Limits of Authority:

• Team management, Client Management, negotiating prices, closing deals, and providing customer service.
