The Site Manager will be the point of contact for addressing Client/employees concerns and ensuring a safe work environment. Main role will be to ensure compliance as per the contract for Hard services maintenance scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Manages and reviews service contracts.
Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
Developing maintenance procedures as per OEM and ensuring implementation.
Preparing and coordinating DLP tasks with DLP contractors
Coordinating with the client to get NOC for specialized service maintenance.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of building systems and operations, including AC, plumbing, electrical, machines and structural components.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience in risk management and procurement is preferred.
Experience in Highrise Buildings is a must.
