About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site & Landscape Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance and project operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution, high-quality workmanship, and exceptional client satisfaction while effectively managing manpower, materials, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

? Supervise daily landscape and maintenance sites to ensure quality and standards are maintained.

? Execute hard and soft landscaping works as per approved drawings -- including plant selection, lawn design, and irrigation systems.

? Troubleshoot site issues (plumbing, electrical, or maintenance-related) and attend urgent matters promptly.

? Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.

? Prepare quotations, discuss variations, and obtain material and client approvals as needed.

? Plan and allocate manpower and resources to meet project timelines.

? Manage labor schedules, monitor team output, and provide on-site guidance and motivation.

? Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.

? Prepare daily and weekly reports, track progress, and propose improvement actions.

? Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

? Bachelor's/Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

? 3-5 years of experience in landscape supervision or site maintenance.

? Strong understanding of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, and plant maintenance.

? Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.

? Proven team leadership and planning abilities.

? Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

? Basic MS Office skills; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
