Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is responsible for Supervising and leading installation teams, including laborers, and subcontractors, ensuring they have clear instructions and guidance to complete tasks effectively.
Project Planning: Collaborating with Installation coordinators to develop installation plans, schedules, and resource allocation, considering timelines, budgets, and project specifications.
Quality Assurance: Overseeing installation work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications and safety regulations.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing and promoting a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety meetings, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Resource Management: Managing the allocation of materials, tools, equipment, and labor resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Training and Development: Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to installation teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may arise during installation, such as technical challenges, material shortages, or schedule conflicts.
Communication: Serving as a point of contact between installation teams, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including work progress, tools usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
Client Interaction: Interacting with clients to provide updates on installation progress, address questions or concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Budget Monitoring: Tracking installation costs and expenses, reporting any cost overruns to installation coordinators, and working to stay within budgetary constraints.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess work quality, and address any on-site issues promptly.
Reporting: Compiling and submitting reports on installation progress, challenges, and outcomes to keep project stakeholders informed.
Completion and Handover: Ensuring that installations are completed to client satisfaction, coordinating final inspections.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the installation process.
Compliance: Ensuring that all work is in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
