Job Purpose

Responsible for driving the sales development, financial, administrative and operational activities related to Tasjeel site Operations. Directs day-to-day management of the business and be responsible for the delivery of the strategic growth and development plan.

The role focuses on the development and execution of the Tasjeel business plan. This involves setting and achieving targets, and operational standards including EHS with overall responsibility and accountability for financial results and management of the Tasjeel sites operations team.

Principal Accountabilities

Operational Management; (Vehicle Testing, DM & Civil Defence testing, RTA, SHJ Police & RAK Police Vehicle Registration, Support services, Number Plate embossing factory, Export services at customer premises and Product Sale Operations.

Day to day operational management of the entire services covering the above areas. Ensure execution of overall site standards defined by the operations manual. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources to achieve cost efficiency and increase the bottom-line profits. Ensure that operation safety standards are maintained day to day by implementing EHS procedures and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Responsible for the establishment of a robust EHS culture within the overall Tasjeel operations.

Overhead (CTO) financial targets

Identify possible opportunities, prepare technical and financial offers, and support development of new services, acting as a key Account Manager to large high value accounts Implement and achieve business plan targets at the site level for the entire network. This includes sales revenue and operating cost targets for all profit centers.

Asset Security

Overall management of company assets in the Tasjeel sites and ensures that the assets are tagged and recorded in the system. Ensure annual audits are conducted and findings updated in the system.

People Management

Plans manpower requirements as per approved Capital Plan. Review of performance on a monthly basis on the site manpower utilization and ideal roster implementation.

Customer satisfaction targets

Ensure that the customer satisfaction standards are set, communicated and executed in line with the company\'s mission and vision. Ensure that the Tasjeel sites achieve their targeted mystery shopper scores.

Tasjeel Quality and Administration

Effectively manage the Administrative Function of Tasjeel sites and regular co-ordination with partners like RTA, Sharjah Police, RAK Police and with others on operational issues. Ensure Tasjeel site Operations maintains its Quality System across all the sites and meets the requirement of ENOC\'s overall Quality Management System. Drives implementation of Integrated Management System standards and manuals on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 17020 and ISO 45001 for the entire Tasjeel network.

Tasjeel Site Maintenance

Ensure the Maintenance team operates in a cost-efficient manner and ensure minimum down time of equipment through preventive maintenance programs. Ensure implementation of the agreed projects under Tasjeel sites and analyze the breakdown reported from the Tasjeel Maintenance Manager, in order to improve the services provided to all Tasjeel Customers at our Tasjeel sites.

Implement major and minor promotional activities across the network as and when planned. Review performance on a weekly basis on implementation against targets and continuously provide feedback and recommendations to Marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drives overall achievement of financial performance.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

Experience

A bachelor\'s degree holder in a relevant discipline

Professional qualification in Marketing preferable

Minimum of 12-15 years overall experience

Influencing and negotiating skills

PC and office systems skills

Team Building and Leadership skills Demonstrates passion for operations

Ability to get results working in a multi-cultural environment
