Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and work closely with
sub-contractors
to ensure project programs are maintained and services are effectively coordinated.
Liaise with the
Quantity Surveyor
on cost control matters and with the
Site Clerk
for material and plant requisitions.
Plan and execute
daily and weekly work programs
, including issuing detailed schedules to sub-contractors.
Maintain an accurate
site diary
, recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and detailed notes of daily site activities.
Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Provide
clear leadership and direction
to the site team while maintaining a professional, disciplined, and respectful working environment.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with
project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
