Supervise site manpower and coordinate erection works as per drawings and project schedules.
Monitor the use of equipment, lifting tools and safety gear during installation.
Ensure all erection activities follow approved method statements and quality standards
Assists in planning daily work programs and allocating resources effectively
Report progress, material requirements and manpower issues to site engineer
Maintain discipline, safety and productivity at the site
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate
Minimum 5-8 yrs in Steel Structure erection and site supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of lifting operations, alignment and bolting procedures
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
