Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Factory Foreman to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process in our factory, from planning and organizing the workflow to ensuring that safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, monitoring quality control, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed in the boatyard
- Develop plans to improve efficiency in the boatyard
- Maintain the facility in optimal condition and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
