Job Description
Job Duties:
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of labor
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Responsible for maintaining the site properly managed and cleaned
- Responsible for the safety of the labor
- Responsible for the material and tools available for labor
- Responsible for labor logs and productivity
- Report on progress to project managers, engineers
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience
- Experience or certificate in interior, fitout, construction, building or other related field
- Proven working experience as a foreman
- Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Active listening and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards, safety HSE
