Duties & Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Foreman include, but are not limited to:
Reports to: Site Engineer
- Supervising construction activities.
- Ensures that approved drawings are used on the site.
- Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
- Informs site engineers/supervisors of materials needed.
- Allocates work to the charge hands/ technicians, as applicable
- Ensures that the workers are instructed to use the right tools and correct drawings.
- Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Promotes safety awareness and adherence to safety rules.
- Other additional works directed by PM/CE from time to time.
Reports to: Site Engineer
Profile
Qualification: Degree Qualified or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Work Experience: Experience in similar business for at least 5 years
Skills: - Good communication and team working skills
