Civil Foreman/Supervisor Job description Responsibilities: Responsible for all the site construction activities. Enforcing safety protocols on site. Monitoring worker attendance. Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed. Ensuring the team\xe2\x80\x99s high quality of work. Managing equipment and materials required. Allocating general and daily responsibilities. Supervising and training workers and trades people. Ensuring manpower and resources are adequate. Guaranteeing all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Requirements: Job Requirements: Experience at least 6-8 years of work experience in UAE. Experience in monitoring work progress and labors. Knowledge of reading drawings. Excellent communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
