Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate project execution.
Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings.
Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Monitor progress and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong understanding of drawings and project management principles.
Good knowledge of local areas and site conditions in Dubai.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
