Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Execute erection of steel structures as per drawings and project requirements.
Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during erection works.
Handle tools, equipment, and lifting procedures effectively.
Report progress and issues to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of working experience
in steel structure erection.
Hands-on experience with steel fabrication/installation works.
Knowledge of safety procedures and erection practices.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure at project sites.
