Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of
Fire Fighting
andFire Alarm System
works as per approved drawings and standards (NFPA/UAE Civil Defense) Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other MEP disciplines for site activities Ensure timely execution, material availability, and manpower planning Attend site inspections with Civil Defense and consultants Review and interpret shop drawings andBIM coordination drawings
Provide as-built markups and support documentation for handover Report progress, risks, and technical issues to the Project ManagerRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in site execution of Fire Protection Systems (UAE preferred) Strong understanding of NFPA codes and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code Ability to read and understand coordination drawings and BIM outputs (Revit/Navisworks awareness) Familiarity with material submittals, method statements, and ITPs Excellent communication and team coordination skills UAE driving license is an advantage Civil Defense approved engineer is a plus
