Building Contracting L.L.C., a well-established construction company in the UAE, is urgently hiring experienced professionals to join our growing team for the following positions:
Civil Site Engineer
Project Engineer
Quantity Surveyor
PRO - Document Clearance
Key Responsibilities
Site execution, supervision, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors
Cost estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, and project cost control
Preparation of reports, drawings, and project documentation
Liaison with authorities for approvals and document clearance (for PRO role)
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority regulations
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the construction industry
Mandatory
Dubai Municipality (DM) approval - G+4
Strong knowledge of
BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel
, and other relevant software
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Valid
UAE driving license
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
Up to
AED 5,000 per month
(depending on experience and approvals)
