We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on

Site Engineering Foreman

with a strong background in

interior fit-out and finishing works

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

6 years of proven site experience

and will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring top-quality workmanship, and supporting the site engineer and project team in delivering projects

on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of works according to project plans and schedules. Oversee and guide site teams, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications. Ensure that all construction and finishing activities follow approved drawings, method statements, and company standards. Monitor work progress and provide daily site reports to the Site Engineer and Project Manager. Assist in the planning and sequencing of work to meet project milestones and deadlines. Conduct inspections to ensure that finishing works, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and other interior details are executed flawlessly. Identify potential issues or deviations on site and promptly report them for corrective action. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the site, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. Support in snagging, final finishing, and handover processes.

Requirements

Minimum

6 years of experience

as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out and finishing projects. Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, finishing materials, and site practices. Proven ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with subcontractors effectively. Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
