Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities for fit-out works
Coordinate civil, architectural, and finishing works on site
Oversee
fit-out works, joinery works, swimming pool, and landscape works
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of works
Prepare daily site reports and attend site meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
3 to 4 years of UAE experience
in fit-out or renovation projects
Proven experience in:
Fit-out works
Joinery works
Swimming pool works
Landscape works
Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and site practices
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
