. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities and ensuring timely and accurate execution of aluminum-related installations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of aluminum systems (curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, etc.)
Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, factory, and design teams
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines
Solve technical issues and provide on-site solutions as needed
Attend site meetings and prepare daily progress reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering
Proven experience in aluminum works is required
Strong knowledge of site execution, installation methods, and technical drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
UAE driving license is a plus
