Lead interior design and fit-out projects through all phases -- from concept development to final handover.
Collaborate directly with clients to ensure designs meet expectations and project goals.
Supervise on-site teams and monitor daily project progress.
Verify that all materials, finishes, and workmanship align with the approved design standards.
Manage project timelines, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates and maintain transparent communication with management.
Address and resolve technical or on-site issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in interior design and fit-out within the UAE.
In-depth understanding of materials, paints, lighting systems, and furniture design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct frequent site visits.
