We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Site Engineer - Utilities / Stormwater

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the site execution of stormwater and utility infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the execution of stormwater drainage and utility works on-site (water, sewerage, electrical, telecom, etc.). Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth progress of works. Review and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely manner. Ensure all works are performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Prepare as-built documentation and ensure proper handover procedures. Assist in procurement planning and materials management on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utilities and stormwater drainage projects in the UAE. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or utility projects. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority standards and approval processes. Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and project scheduling. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
