Site Engineer
Job Description
Site Engineer - Building Construction
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in building construction (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for building projects
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Monitor construction progress and report daily/weekly site activities
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions
Prepare site reports, measurements, and work progress documentation
Coordinate with consultants and project managers for inspections and approvals
Ensure timely completion of works within approved budgets and schedules
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in building construction projects
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
