Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
5-7 years of experience in site supervision on civil construction projects
Good knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot on-site issues
