Site Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site facade installation and construction activities (curtain walls, cladding, glass, aluminum, stone, etc.)
Review shop drawings, specifications, and design documentation for facade works
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design compliance
Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to project standards and codes
Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective measures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices on site
Track material delivery, inventory, and site utilization
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during facade installation
Assist in commissioning and handover of facade systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in Facade Industry ( Alum & Glass)
Knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, aluminum works, and facade materials
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant design software
Strong understanding of construction methods, site safety, and quality standards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
