Site Supervisor with Interior Sketching Skills

The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with solid experience supervising fit-out and maintenance projects. In addition to technical site supervision, this role requires someone who can

meet clients on-site or at our showroom (Open Shell), create interior sketches based on their needs, and prepare quotes accordingly

. Proficiency in AutoCAD and hand/digital sketching is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for fit-out and maintenance projects Meet clients at our showroom to create on-the-spot interior sketches Understand client requirements and translate them into quick concept designs Prepare accurate cost estimates based on proposed designs Modify and review technical drawings using AutoCAD Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines Conduct site inspections and generate progress reports Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (attested) Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience Strong hand-drawing or digital sketching ability Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools Good understanding of materials, fit-out work, and pricing Excellent communication and client-interaction skills Currently residing in the UAE
