Wajhat Al Shrooq, a dynamic and growing Fit-Out & Building Maintenance company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team as a Site Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with proven experience in supervising fit-out and maintenance projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to prepare detailed technical drawings is required. The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and possess at least 3 years of relevant UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out and maintenance projects
Prepare, modify, and review technical drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
Perform site inspections and generate progress reports
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (attested)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role
Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software
Strong knowledge of fit-out and building maintenance works
Excellent communication and supervisory skills
Must be currently residing in the UAE
