1- Handle all issues related to the assigned area in the project and gather the needed information to implement all activities effectively. 2- Receive the monthly target from the Construction team in order to get the new deadlines for the ongoing project. 3- Manage the sub-contractors and labor in order to ensure they are working efficiently according to the project specs and quality standards. 4- Sign the material request to provide the subcontractors with the needed equipment and materials. 5- Coordinate with the safety team in order to check that the safety procedures are going on track. 6- Coordinate with the concrete companies to deliver the needed concrete on time. 7- Send a request regarding the equipment needed to the construction manager. 8- Send a request to the surveying team to establish fixed points in compliance with the drawings. 9- Coordinate with the Electrical and Mechanical engineers in order to make sure no conflicts occur. 10- Manage the attendance of the labor and sub-contractors in order to be sent to the Construction Manager for approval. 11- Conduct daily inspection on the safety procedures on site in order to make sure that the subcontractors and labor comply with safety procedures. 12- Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control.
Skills
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
2 – 4 Years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
Bridges experience is a MUST
