Experience:
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in villa renovation projects
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of villa renovation projects from demolition to handover.
Act as the main point of contact at the site and ensure daily site operations run efficiently.
Provide clear technical instructions and support to site supervisors, foremen, and technicians.
Review and implement detailed plans for bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing points, drainage systems, and floor levels.
Ensure proper site coordination, monitor work progress, and address any technical or execution-related challenges.
Maintain close control on quality, timelines, materials, and workforce productivity.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors as needed.
Report progress, issues, and solutions to management on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in villa renovation projects.
Strong technical knowledge in civil works, bathroom/kitchen layouts, plumbing & drainage systems, and floor level detailing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide site teams.
Ability to foresee issues and proactively resolve them on-site.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to handle multiple villa projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of material standards and cost-saving techniques.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE Driving License is a plus
