Supervise and coordinate all metal work activities at the project site including structural steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and fabrication works.
Review engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and ensure accuracy in dimensions and materials.
Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
Conduct inspections of welding, fitting, cutting, and finishing works.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely material delivery and workflow.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for site inspections and approvals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve site challenges promptly.
