We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for recent civil engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in site management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the specific project site as assigned by the Project Manager
-Oversee and manage daily operations at site as assigned by the Project Manager

Ensure good quality of Installation works
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications

Ensure compliance to program/plan per project Manage technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time
-Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve any issues or challenges that arise

Manage and maintain records, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of any incidents or accidents Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers Implement and enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management software. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
