Supervise site works, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and provide technical support to site teams.
Handle day-to-day site challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Strong UAE experience in fit-out projects.
Previous GCC project exposure preferred.
Good knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and project coordination.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
