POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project completion for our joinery and fit-out projects across Dubai and the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Coordination:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for joinery and fit-out projects Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with carpenters, joiners, installers, plumbers, masons, electricians and subcontractors Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

Technical & Documentation:

Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and work completion records Maintain accurate as-built documentation Assist in material quantification and requisitions Track material consumption and minimize waste

Quality & Safety:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Implement quality control procedures for joinery and fit-out works Identify and resolve technical issues promptly Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox talks

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders Address site queries and client requirements professionally

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering Relevant technical certifications are an advantage

Experience:

1-3 years of hands-on experience

in joinery and fit-out projects

specifically in the UAE

Proven experience in interior fit-out, carpentry works, and joinery installations Experience with villa fit-outs, commercial spaces, or hospitality projects preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, installation techniques, and fit-out processes Ability to read and interpret architectural, joinery, and shop drawings Familiarity with UAE building codes and municipality regulations Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License (ESSENTIAL)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player with leadership potential
