Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure fitout projects meet specifications and timelines.

2. Design and Planning: Assist in designing and planning fitout works, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

3. Site Supervision: Oversee fitout works on-site, ensuring construction is carried out according to plans and safety standards.

4. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any civil engineering issues that arise during fitout projects.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all fitout works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: Experience in construction or fitout projects is advantageous.

3. Preferred candidates with UAE experience.

3. Skills:

- Proficiency in design and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

4. Certifications: Professional engineering certifications or licenses may be required depending on location.

Work Environment:

- Split between office work (design, planning) and site visits (supervision, coordination).

- May require travel to different project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
