Basic Requirements

Education: Qualified engineer, registered with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality or relevant body). Experience: 2-3 years in landscaping or construction works in the UAE. Driving: Valid UAE driving license and own car. Language: Good English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage). Personality: Smart, organized, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Must-Have Requirements

Education/Background: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in landscaping, construction, or site supervision in the UAE. Authority Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai Municipality/relevant authority regulations & approval procedures. Site Supervision: Skilled in managing labor, subcontractors, and suppliers on site. Driving: Valid UAE driving license and own car. Languages: Proficient in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus). Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings & plans. Prepare and review BOQs, material lists, and site reports. Knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape & hardscape works. Basic understanding of MEP connections related to landscaping (e.g., irrigation pumps, outdoor lighting). Supervise on-site work and manage labor teams effectively.

Strong leadership and team management. Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring quality. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Flexible to work weekends/extended hours if required.
