Monitor and evaluate Site processes, identifying areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement site plans and schedules to meet project requirements and customer deadlines.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines to achieve high-quality output.
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for production activities.
Set Site targets and drive the subcontractors to achieve and exceed these goals.
Maintain accurate site records, including work orders, Daily , weekly reports, and inventory documentation.
Liaise with Project Managers to provide updates on site progress, address any concerns, and ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
Must have minimum of 5-7 years site experience (finishing and
Joinery installation
) .
Must have knowledge in UAE project.
Must have good command in English , Hindi, Arabic is an advantage.
UAE driving license and a car is mandatory.
