Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system installation and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, UAE Civil Defense or other local codes). Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid [Driving License/Civil Defense Card], preferred.
Strong command ofEnglish
(both written and spoken).Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems on-site. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations (e.g., NFPA, Civil Defense). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure timely project execution. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshooting. Manage labor and subcontractors efficiently. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project manager. Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site. Attend project meetings and inspections as required.
