We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong experience in
facade construction
to manage and supervise facade works at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise execution of facade systems such as
curtain wall, glazing, ACP, stone cladding, aluminium works
Coordinate with facade contractors, consultants, and design teams
Review facade shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag closure
Monitor project schedule and report progress to the Project Manager
Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams to resolve interface issues
Ensure compliance with
QA/QC and HSE
requirements
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site records
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade systems and installation methodologies
Knowledge of facade materials, anchors, sealants, and fixing systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
Familiar with safety practices for facade and high-rise works
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in high-rise commercial or residential projects
Exposure to mock-ups, testing, and consultant approvals
Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic level is sufficient)
