About the Role
We are a dynamic and growing construction firm specializing in high-end luxury residential projects. We are seeking a driven and meticulous Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical and operational cornerstone on-site, ensuring that our prestigious projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget.
You will be responsible for the daily hands-on management of site activities, coordination of teams and subcontractors, and the precise implementation of project plans. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning architectural visions into flawless reality.
Key Responsibilities

• Site Management & Supervision: Oversee all daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Technical Execution: Apply strong technical engineering knowledge to solve on-site challenges, review shop drawings, and ensure all work meets rigorous quality and precision standards.
• Planning & Coordination: Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and resource availability.
• Progress & Reporting: Monitor project progress against the master schedule, prepare daily and weekly reports, and proactively identify and mitigate potential delays.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with luxury project requirements.
• Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring site expenditures and material usage to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to the project budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site staff and labor, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and accountability.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Champion a zero-accident culture by ensuring strict adherence to all company and local HSE policies and procedures on site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Mandatory: Solid experience in luxury residential high-rise or villa projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, legal regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD viewer).
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office Suite).
