Job Purpose: We are looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer to join our growing business. As a site engineer, you will manage projects, supervise staff, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert. Our ideal candidate is an industrious go-getter. s: 1. Inspect facilities and analyze operational data 2. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards 3. Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development 4. Determine and present estimates of operational costs 5. Evaluate operations and processes 6. Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency 7. Implement improvements to designs and processes 8. Test material and structural integrity 9. Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans 10. Prepare proposal documents and presentations 11. Compile and present reports explaining project details to the management and Client 12. Monitor... project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards 13. Direct engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and support 14. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines 15. Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities 16. Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes 17. Monitor in close and reduce the wastage SITE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS v Must have Minimum of 4-5 years UAE experience in the related field (ESPECIALLY MALL FITOUTS) v Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field v State-issued certification or engineering license v Considerable experience in a similar position v In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design v Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software v Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills v Strong time management and project management skills v Active listening and verbal communication skills v Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: .
