Full We are hiring a Site Engineer to join our team. Your role and responsibilities will include the following:

• Supervise the Fit out projects
• Estimation & Preparation of BOQ Fit out works.
• Oversee and manage the work of contractors, vendors and subcontractors performing maintenance tasks and ensure conformance with HSE standards, applicable regulatory requirements and organizational HSE rules and regulations.
• Track requests and conduct regular inspections for ongoing jobs/projects awarded and prepare reports
• Carry out Move-in / Move-out Inspections & prepare reports for all real estate properties.
• Prepare scope of works for invitation of quotations and evaluate offers received from contractors.
• Ensure AMC's services and reactive maintenance are carried out as per planned program.
• Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services
• Plan, coordinate and supervise in house staff, consultants and specialist service contractors on the building services

Role functions:

• Direct and integrate all aspects of the project
• Identify and coordinate resources needed
• Manage project budget including risk
• Risk Management and Financial Accountability
• Project process and construction documentation
• Effective handling of all clients requests during Defect Liability Period
• Monitoring DLP

Key requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years Fit-Out Facility Engineering experience
• Experience in Fit-Out Project Management
• Degree in Project Management or related field
• Previous Gulf experience required
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
• Facility Management Experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP / HVAC.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Valid UAE Driver's license

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
