Responsibilities
Manage part of a construction project, provide technical advice, and supervise work crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Support the development of KSA national employees across the team to achieve corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities and maximize performance. Conduct team affairs with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and promote company values across all functional employees, providing leadership that reinforces a strong people culture and ethical business practices. Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP within the team. Supervise day-to-day responsibilities of the team in alignment with project plans and within the approved budget. Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and site operations for effective performance. Verify accuracy of technical designs and drawings. Supervise site workers to ensure quality of work and productivity. Provide technical advice and resolve problems on-site. Prepare site reports and accurately complete all relevant forms. Liaise with quantity surveyors to order and negotiate material costs. Set out sites, organize facilities, and oversee building work. Execute variation orders arising from design/shop drawing approvals or client instructions. Coordinate with site consultants and site engineers for approval of designs, shop drawings, and material submittals. Report to the Sr. Site Engineer on the operational and financial status of the assigned section of the construction site. Monitor labor availability and calculate daily productivity to support execution within budget and schedule. Follow up on project section delivery and closure in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed financial/commercial objectives. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to establish detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maximize productivity of teams and resources to achieve targets on time and within budget. Maintain effective communication with other construction teams on the project. Assist the Sr. Site Engineer in preparing daily site reports and completing all related documentation. Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Qualifications
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites. Proficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective collaborator and strong team player. Delivery-focused professional with a proven record of successful project outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of construction management methods and standards. Proficiency in data gathering, assessment, management, and record-keeping.
